Performance Features:
The gantry machining center is mainly used to process large parts with high precision, many processes and complex shapes such as plates, discs, shells, and tools. The GMC series gantry machining center adopts a fixed beam double-column gantry frame structure, with a cross layout, and a stable and reliable machine tool. The spindle box adopts an ammonia cylinder balance mechanism to ensure the stability of the spindle box moving up and down along the sliding saddle. Large pieces such as the bed, workbench, columns, beams, slip saddles, and spindle boxes are all made of high-strength cast iron materials, and are molded into resin sand technology. The two aging treatments eliminate stress, effectively suppressing the deformation and vibration of the machine tool caused by cutting forces.
