Performance Features:
1. This machine tool has a single column vertical guide structure. The columns, bases and slides all adopt high-grade gray cast iron resin sand casting process and are aged. The matching guide surface uses a 55-roller linear guide, which has a large bearing capacity and good accuracy and stability. Reasonable structural design and perfect processing and assembly processes to ensure the stability and accuracy retention of long-term use of the machine tool.
2. The machine tool spindle adopts a wide-area high-torque servo motor transmission, which can be used for low-speed, high-torque, strong heavy cutting, and high-speed cutting. 3. The machine tool spindle adopts high-precision double-row cylindrical roller bearings, bidirectional angular contact ball bearings, and double-row cylindrical roller bearings. This configuration structure has the largest load-bearing capacity, can withstand large cutting force and feed force, has high radial and axial stiffness, and has high rotational accuracy.
4. The X and Z-axis servo motors directly drive the precision ball screw pair through flexible couplings, which can reduce the reverse clearance and have high positioning accuracy. The Z-axis lifting and balancing weight block is equipped with a simple and reliable structure and a low failure rate. The X and Z axes use domestic precision ball screw pairs and special bearings for ball screws to meet the requirements of high rigidity and high precision cutting. The lead screw support adopts a pre-stretched structure, which greatly reduces the impact of thermal deformation on accuracy during long-term operation of the machine tool.
5. The X and Z axes adopt advanced centralized automatic lubrication device, and are automatically intermittently lubricated, making them stable and reliable in work.
6. The machine tool tool holder adopts the form of an electric tool holder, a hydraulic tool tower or a knife discharge, with accurate accuracy and high efficiency.
