The main large parts of the machine tool: the base, workbench, column, bed saddle, and spindle box are all made of high-quality resin sand molding and high-strength cast iron. They have a complete heat treatment process to eliminate residual stress and arrange sufficient reinforcement plates to ensure that the whole machine has sufficient strength, rigidity and high stability; they use Taiwan's original heavy-load linear guide rails, which have strong rigidity and good dynamic accuracy; the three-axis transmission uses Taiwan's grinding double-nut ball screws, which are compact in structure, smooth in motion and high accuracy; the highly rigid Taiwan's spindle is lubricated by grease, which can ensure that the spindle bearings are constant and reliable lubricated; the base adopts a large casting tray structure, which has good waterproof performance.
